Practice this today. When you glance in your mirror to get ready today (or tomorrow if you already have) from the moment you wake up through the whole day; don’t say or entertain one negative thing in your head about your appearance.
Don’t pull on your cheeks, your eyes, your tummy, etc. We do say positive things, like “I like my outfit” or “I look good.” Focus only on
these thoughts. Feel them and be proud and confident!
